Whatever…

Amidst all of the crazy noise in today’s world, am thinking about thinking.  The whole “Whatever goes.” “Whatever you think.”   “Whatever I feel like.” “Whatever happens…” mentality of the day leads somewhere.  Am thinking…Nope, not for me because “whatever” leads to “wherever”. Thankful Thursday ~ a bit of blue

Weekly Photo Challenge ~ “Off Season”

The 2014-15 high school baseball season is over. The season of older brother-senior-high school-baseball player Chase being in the dug out and on the field with younger brother JV not-yet-starter-freshman-player Tanner is over.   So is the season of brothers going to school together. a few Christmas thoughts on being empty and being full

There’s a lot of space under the tree this year. But the Christmas tree?  It is full, brimming with ornaments that probably cover every square inch of the tree. Every ornament tells a story.  It signifies a moment in time, a milestone, a period of time.  Yes, every ornament tells a story, and with 6 children contributing to the decoration of the tree, there are lots and lots of stories.
