The mom of a sweet friend passed a few weeks ago. After going in and giving her a hug in the receiving line, I came out and was thankful for this view and the light still on the horizon. Kind of gave a little perspective of the ‘beyond’ of what can seem so final. Then another dear friend lost her mom mid week…and am so reminded that we have today…and to be thankful for those in our midst for sure. So that’s my (not-so) Silent Sunday for this week.
