Made it home safe after a great holiday which though it was continuously twinged with the knowledge of just how much distance separates us also settled us as we got to walk within some of the spaces he now walks in, and to meet many of his peers, and friends…The above quote then is just perfect for me today…thank you.

Oh good. Yes, that quote settles me as well. So glad you had the time with him…praying God just fills the voids in the coming days. And here’s another favorite I think of often. “Don’t cry because it’s over, be happy that is was.” (Even though ya just still can’t help but shed a few tears now and again.) Prayers for you.
